Windows 7 Rules

I get to listen to mac enthusiasts say "All video and audio and picture-editing software runs better on the mac!" I have some rebuttals to this claim: You mean the adobe CS3 pack, which was designed on the mac's unix architecture and later "ported" to windows, runs better on the native system it was designed for? Yeah, what a shocker! Let's take something out of that category and measure the resource use and efficiency of a non-apple product like gimp on all 3 systems (linux, windows, mac) and then you freakin tell me which one it runs better in! That's like saying DOS runs better in windows! It's like saying windows is best for office work because of microsoft office! You wanna know what else is funny about that statement? You're still using Microsoft Office on your mac aren't you? What's wrong? Mac can edit audio, video, and pictures, but gets weak in the knees when it comes to making slideshows, spreadsheets, and documents (all of which are incredibly LESS resource-intensive)? I love hearing from the mac crowd "But windows always crashes! And it always gives me errors! My Mac never does this!" Maybe it's because all the shit you download from 500freeringtones.com isn't very good for your computer, and when you download it for mac, it doesn't know what to do with itself so it doesn't cause any noticeable problems! But that's just a total shot in the dark. My PC almost never crashes, and I run windows. I don't even have an antivirus installed on my pc. Why does my pc never crash? Why does my pc never get a virus? Why does this only happen to you? Here's a clue:

You're an inept user!

I know when I see a site that says "CLICK HERE!" to not "click here!" at all. I know when I'm going to an unsafe site to open up a virtual machine running linux and view it there. I know better than to run photoshop, premiere pro, dreamweaver, windows movie maker, and itunes all at once and then wonder why shit's crashing! Seriously, how is your computer crashing? What are you doing to it to make it crash? How about you uninstall kazaa and lay off the obviously unsafe random porn sites you pet your peanut to? Idiot. Last Saturday, I ran Grand Theft Auto IV (GTAIV) on my pc all day. I never once turned it off (until the evening when I went to bed). I alt-tabbed out and into it many times throughout the day, and I have the graphics turned all the way up on it. GTAIV is a resource-intensive game. I'll explain: GTAIV renders and derenders the graphics depending on where you are in the city. If you move forward, it renders more things in front of you, and derenders the things behind you. With all this rendering and derendering, you'd need a fast processor and a lot of video memory (vram)... which I have. I have the graphics maxed... the game tells me that it recommends I turn some stuff down, but I go all the way because I'm hardcore like that. With all the stuff using up my Windows 7 operating system, you mac-tards would probably be thinking that the PC will crash at any minute. Right? The damn thing didn't even stutter. I had it playing music from shortcuts leading elsewhere on my computer, and it still didn't crash or stutter. The game ran flawlessly... almost as if I were running it from a gaming console like playstation 3. Kudos GTAIV. You are the most solidly-written game I've ever played. The problem with your windows pc's crashing is because you're not on the windows 7 bandwagon. Hurry the hell up. Vista blows, for sure, but 7 is the new awesome. I'm noticing Microsoft is finally getting back on the ball with stuff and not making software that totally sucks(Visual Studio 2010, .netFramework, etc.). If your computer is crashing, it's probably because you're using shitty software and expecting it always to work... either that, or you're expecting your computer to be some Jetson's invention. My PC doesn't crash, and it doesn't give me a hard time when I want to... say... COPY A FILE ONTO A THUMB DRIVE! How about you Mac-bags come take a look at what Microsoft has to offer again in what a computer is, and what it should be able to do. Maybe then you'll realize you don't need to spend an arm and a leg for that placid white finish on everything you own in order for it to work correctly! I still hate Internet Explorer, though, and I hate Safari even more. Firefox and chrome. Welcome to the future! ==================================================================================
